if its your own product:
collect 30+ respondents
segment so that you get as close to 40% market fit
double down on the features they like the most
take their words and use it in marketing collateral and sales collateral
ignore the other markets
if its a competitor products
do you wanna compete directly or not?
look for patterns in people who answers ‘Somewhat Disappointed’ and see if they have a valuable need
look for a pattern in what is most beneficial
look for pattern in how can product be improved.
