Methodology:

  1. Give someone access to the <product> and let them interact or engage with the product at least 3/4/5 times.

  2. Ask them the questionnaire for the sean ellis score

  3. if its your own product:

    1. collect 30+ respondents

    2. segment so that you get as close to 40% market fit

    3. double down on the features they like the most

    4. take their words and use it in marketing collateral and sales collateral

    5. ignore the other markets

  4. if its a competitor products

    1. do you wanna compete directly or not?

      1. look for patterns in people who answers ‘Somewhat Disappointed’ and see if they have a valuable need

      2. look for a pattern in what is most beneficial

      3. look for pattern in how can product be improved.
